Division Three is presided over by Judge Lee Harrod. Judge Harrod was elected as Circuit Judge in 2008. Previously, practiced law. His law firm was in Heber Spring. Under the Administrative Plan authorized by the Arkansas Supreme Court, Division Three has jurisdiction of all of the Juvenile Docket throughout the 16th Judicial District and all of the Child Support Enforcement cases.
